I've always considered myself a very brain-oriented, brain-powered person, "thinking" my own way out in every situation. Of course, like everyone else, I've always regarded the heart as a mere circulatory organ - a mere pump that sends blood to every nook of our body. But recent readings (HeartMath) and even experience tells me now otherwise. The heart has a little brain of its own (A unique neural network consisting of more than 40,000 neurons that could qualify as a little brain) that somehow provides a different challenge to the way we view it. The heart is definitely more than a pump - it possesses an overwhelming power of control in our lives - and if properly harnessed has the power to transform we view the world and ourselves.
